2010 - May 13th *Resident Deputy Jason Karb Honored

An annual banquet honoring local law enforcement officers was held May 13th, 2010

The Whatcom County Sheriff’s office, Bellingham Police Department and the Transportation Security Administration gave honors to several of their personnel.

Jason Karb, the Kendall/Columbia Valley resident deputy with the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office, received an award for his actions last April while off-duty. He witnessed an extremely erratic driver in Bellingham and performed an off-duty stop of the suspect. He detained the driver with the help of resident Glen Williams until officers arrived and made an arrest.
Jason also participates in community activities, including being the den leader of the local cub scouts troop.

Congratulations on work well done!  KendallWatch is privileged to have Deputy Karb as a supporter, speaker and friend.
