The type of plastics to be accepted include:

• Containers and tubs used for deli and dairy products
• Single serve food and juice cups
• Buckets up to one gallon in size without metal handles.

SSC requests that customers rinse containers, nest them as much as possible, and recycle them with bottles and cans.

Brian Parberry of Northwest Recycling emphasized that material delivered to their facility needs to be rinsed clean. "Clean material is the key to making this program work," he said.
