This small tablet is one of the "Club drugs" that adolescents are taking at all night parties or "raves."

This powerful drug causes:

• Increased heart rate and respiration, nausea, faintness and even motor disturbances.
• Ecstasy users are at great risk for extreme dehydration as their energetic dancing causes an elevated temperature that, in some cases, has been fatal.
• Involuntary muscle spasms and teeth clenching may become so severe that users place pacifiers in their mouths to prevent injuries.
